Double Lento
All the first words should rhyme, & the second and fourth lines should end in rhyming words, it's up to the poet whether or not to rhyme the first and third lines.

Dance with me my sweet one-
Chance a night in my arms.
France is waiting, Sweetheart-
Lance my heart with your charms.
Wed me today, my love-
Bed me before the morn.
Shed your hang-ups, darling-
Thread not your heart with thorns.
Fold me in your arms, Sweet-
Hold me close in the night.
Mold me to your side dear-
Old worries will take flight.
Kiss me through the night love-
Miss me all through the day.
Bliss will fill our lives, love-
‘Tis sure our hearts won't stray.
Change (my attempt)
Fall weather has come, this brings me cheer,
All students will wear warm clothing to school,
Mall stores offer discounts for all to hear,
Ya’ll sport the new clothes and think you’re so cool.
The leaves have changed greatly as they begin to fall,
See the bright colors of yellow, orange, and red,
Be captured by the beauty that never ceases to enthrall,
Free to make the pile of leaves your comfy bed.
Colder weather is appreciated amongst all I know,
Shoulder the gusts of wind blowing fiercely against you,
Under the mounds of blankets you dream of snow,
Wonder who you should give Christmas gifts to.
Much to everyone’s delight Christmas Break has come,
Such relief from finals is seen in all the faces,
Touch the last minute gifts with the to and from,
Clutch those certain people with bittersweet embraces.
